CHANGING OR CANCELLING ORDERS

If you wish to change or cancel your order prior to dispatch please contact us immediately at 203 467-7078 and leave a message or email southshorenaturals@gmail.com with your order number, to discuss what options are available to you.

 

South Shore Naturals does not allow or support resale or export of products purchased from this site. All affiliates and third party suppliers must be approved by South Shore Naturals and can be done so by contacting southshorenaturals@gmail.com.   You agree when purchasing from this site that you are doing so for internal use only, and not for resale or export.

 

Use of Seller's Trademarks and Website Images.

• It is understood and agreed that all trademarks, trade names, trade dress and other advertising and promotional materials used or developed by Seller in connection with the Products (including without limitation all text, images and other information found on Seller's website) shall at all times remain the sole and exclusive property Seller.   All use of such materials shall inure to the benefit of Seller. Buyer shall not make any use of such materials for any purpose, including Buyer's efforts to resell the Products within Seller's authorized channels of distribution, except with the prior written approval of Seller. All use of text, images and other information found on Seller's website shall also be subject to the terms and conditions regarding use thereof found on Seller's website.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

1. To the extent permitted by law, South Shore Naturals is not obliged to accept any goods for return and credit which have been ordered by the Customer.

2. Returns of Products.  All Sales are FINAL, unless South Shore Naturals shipped merchandise other than the merchandise stated on the original order. Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery if there are any problems with your order. We reserve the right to refuse replacement of refund of these items if we are not notified within this timeframe.

3. We do not refund for change of mind, lack of expertise for use of product or differences in personal opinion. We do not exchange products for change of mind. Returns for refund will only be accepted if the product is faulty, received in error by South Shore Naturals. 

4. Faulty items will undergo an inspection process by our product development team and you will be contacted within 48 hours with a resolution. If the goods are deemed faulty, we will replace or refund the product free of additional freight charges.

5. We may accept returns for other reasons at our discretion. Returned goods must be in its original condition and include all the original packaging. If you believe your product is faulty or you wish to return your goods for other reasons, please complete and submit the Return application.

6. South Shore Naturals reserves the right to refuse returns for an unreasonable quantity of items or for items which have been opened.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the goods or boxes. We are not responsible for any goods that are returned to us in error. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning

 

RESELLING OF PRODUCTS

Please note that all products available on Our Website are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products.

We reserve the right to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe may result in the violation of our Terms.

 

Product Diversion

Buyer acknowledges that Seller is selling the Products to Buyer for Buyer's personal use or for distribution through Seller's authorized channels of distribution. Buyer agrees that it shall not divert Products to other resellers that are not authorized distribution channels of Seller, including but not limited to mass retailers. In the event that Seller determines, in its discretion, that Buyer has diverted Product to non-authorized channels of distribution, Seller shall have the right to refuse to make further deliveries to Buyer, in addition to all other remedies available to Seller at law or in equity.

Approved Resellers:

1. Minimum Resale Prices. Buyer covenants and agrees that it shall not resell, list or advertise the Products at prices lower than the Minimum Resale Prices for the Products established by Seller at the time of sale. If Seller determines, in its discretion that Buyer has violated the immediately preceding sentence, Seller shall have the right, in addition to all other rights available to it at law or in equity, to discontinue making further deliveries of Products to Buyer.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.  We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.  These restrictions may included orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, PayPal account, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.  In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.  We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

4. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchased made at our online store.  You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, phone number and billing/shipping address so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

The address information you provide to us is copied directly into our shipping software. Thus, please check your order submissions carefully. We will not be held responsible for the inevitable consequences resulting from address, zip code, and other shipping-information errors made by the client.
